Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom or made-to-measure dresses cannot be canceled once production has started.

What does CUSTOM SIZE mean?
Your Custom Size gown will be made to your exact measurements and your shoulder-to-floor height including heel height.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes! Many of our dresses can be tailored to your exact measurements. Select "custom size" and provide your measurements at checkout.
After ordering, we'll send you a measurement guide and address any queries you have. If you need, we will guide you through the measuring process.
Upon receiving your details, we'll review them meticulously and reach out to confirm everything.
Why shoud I order a Custom Size dress?
Custom sizing ensures a perfect fit and eliminates the need for extensive alterations by crafting your dress based on eight specific measurements: bust, waist, hips, height, dress length, bicep, sleeve length, and bra cup size. While this ensures a near-perfect fit, minor adjustments may still be needed for the best results.
Can I customize my wedding dress?
Yes! Starting at 100 EURO, our Design Service allows you to customize every element of your dress. Choose details like fabric, sleeves, skirt style, neckline, train length, and more. Our skilled artisans will craft your dream gown with meticulous attention to detail. Customization typically takes 10–15 weeks.
Can I customize or alter any of your designs?
We no longer offer small alterations but instead provide a Bespoke Bridal Design Service. You can combine elements from different dresses in our collections or share your unique design ideas.
The process includes:
Submitting your ideas via a form to receive a price estimate.
Collaborating with our team through a visual board and sketches.
Following our measurement guide for a perfect fit.
Approving the final design with photos before shipping.
This service allows us to create truly unique, tailor-made dresses just for you.
How can I order a customized gown?
To order a customized dress model, it would be advisable to contact us before placing the order to discuss the desired design. Some alterations may not be practically possible, or there may be price differences. We are here to help you create a perfectly tailored item that meets your needs.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our Size Guide on each product page for measurements and instructions. If you are not sure, feel free to contact us for support.
What if I lose or gain weight?
Our corset dresses are very easy to tighten up or make them more loose. You can easily change the size by 1-2 inches, which is going to be just enough in case you lose/gain weight, and it can be quickly altered at any tailor shop in your area. We usually work on the dress and leave the back closure for the final stage. This way, you can let us know in advance if you have lost or gained weight before we send you the dress.
How long does it take to make a custom dress?
Production time for custom dresses is typically 6–8 weeks. Please check product details for specific timelines.
We can rush your order to minimum 2 weeks for an additional 150 EURO fee.

What is a pre-order item?
A pre-order item is one that you can order before it is available in our inventory. These items are not immediately ready for dispatch as they are made to order on standard measurements. The specific dispatch date will be communicated to you via email once your order is ready, based on the estimated date shown on the product page.
How do I know if a dress model suits me?
If you are unsure which dress model suits you, you can visit the nearest bridal showroom to try on similar styles to the one you desire. However, we will also advise you online based on your body shape and preferences.
Do you have dresses in stock ready to ship?
Yes, we offer a limited selection of Ready to ship dresses. However, most of our gowns are crafted on demand in custom sizes, ensuring every dress is as unique as the bride who wears it. This approach allows us to reduce waste and maintain our commitment to sustainability and mindful production.
Do you gave a veil that fits my dress?
You can always message us and we would love to recommend you a perfect veil to your dress! Also we have an absolute cross-seller that goes with every dress too.

Do you ship worldwide?

How long does delivery take?
When you place a order, please refer to the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page. This date is an estimate of when the item will be ready to dispatch. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders will arrive to you within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery for USA, UK and EU.For other countries shipping costs vary depending on the destination and size of the order. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of customs duties and taxes varies by country and is determined by your local customs authorities based on the type and value of the products purchased. We are unable to provide specific amounts as these fees are calculated and applied by your local customs office. Can I return my dress?
Standard-size dresses can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.
Custom or made-to-measure dresses are final sale and not eligible for return.
Can I return a custom-sized dress?
Since custom-sized dresses are made specifically to your individual measurements, they are tailored exclusively for you. This means we cannot accept returns, as the dress is uniquely crafted to fit your body and cannot be resold to another bride. We recommend double-checking your measurements to ensure the best possible fit for your dream dress.
Can I return a customized dress?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a dress that has been customized. Each dress is made individually to match the bride's specific wishes. Since customized dresses are tailored with unique details, we are unable to offer them to another bride. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on customized dresses.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I exchange my dress for a different size?
Exchanges are allowed for standard-size dresses within 14 days.
