Products and Orders
Products Description:
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our wedding dresses and accessories. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, images, or colors are completely accurate, as they may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.
Availability:
All products are subject to availability. If a product is no longer available after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or refund.
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s).
Custom Orders:
- Custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We may require measurements or additional details to complete custom orders.
- The production time for custom orders may vary, and you will be informed of the estimated delivery time when placing the order.
Cancellation of Orders:
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Custom orders and sale items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Pricing and Payment
Prices:
All prices are listed in EUR (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The exchange rate is updated daily to reflect current market conditions, ensuring that pricing is accurate and fair based on your location.

Payment Processing:
- Payment is processed at the time of placing the order.
- If payment fails, the order will not be processed.

Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard-size dresses only.
- Custom orders, sale items, and altered dresses are non-returnable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Return Process:

- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Complaint Processing Time
We aim to respond to all complaints within 24–48 business hours of receiving them.
Depending on the complexity of the issue, resolution may take up to 5–7 business days.
You will be informed throughout the process and notified as soon as a resolution has been reached.
Sales Campaigns
Limited Stock
- Products offered during sales and promotional periods are available in limited quantities.
Order Processing During Sales
- During sales periods, orders may take up to 72 hours to be processed and shipped.
Intellectual Property
All content on rheacouture.com, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Adora Bridal SRL and protected under Romanian and international copyright laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Adora Bridal SRL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of rheacouture.com.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for your order.
