Rhea Couture offers a 14-day, risk-free return policy. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible.
We provide a free return label for orders within the European Union and United States upon request. Customers outside the EU and United States are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet our return conditions.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, a condition adjustment fee of at least 30% of the product’s value may apply. The fee will depend on the extent of cleaning or restoration required and will be deducted from your refund. We always aim to keep this fee as low as possible.
Sizing & Customization
If you experience any issues with a custom dress or custom-sized dress, you must notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the package. This allows us to provide you with possible solutions. If you report later, we will not be able to help you resolve the problem with custom dress.
Custom, made-to-measure, or altered items are tailored specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, if you have concerns about your custom order, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist you and solve the problem.
Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review your selections during these periods. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help!
If a package is refused at customs, 20% of the product value will be deducted from your refund to cover customs fees and taxes. If you experience issues with customs, contact us—we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Each dress is hand-sewn and unique, so there may be slight variations from the product shown on the website. Additionally, dress color may vary slightly depending on the fabric batch.
