We proudly offer worldwide shipping for all our wedding dresses and accessories.
 

Shipping Costs

European Union (EU) , United States of America (USA) and United Kingdom (UK)

• Free shipping on all wedding dresses and accessories.

Rest of the World

• Shipping fee for wedding dresses – €75
• Shipping fee for accessories – €45

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

• EU Countries and UK– 3 to 7 business days
• USA – 5 to 10 business days
• Rest of the World – 7 to 14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local customs processing times and other external factors beyond our control.

 

Estimated Fulfillment Time

• Items In Stock: Shipping typically takes around 3 business days (depending on the destination).
• Custom Size & Customized Gowns: Processing and shipping take approximately 8 to 9 weeks (depending on the dress style). This includes both production and shipping time. Rush production is available for an additional, non-refundable fee. For urgent orders, please contact us directly.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available for most dresses. Please consult our online customer service to confirm rush order availability for your chosen dress.

Rush Order Terms:

• Price: $150
• Rush orders are automatically confirmed once processed.
• The rush production fee is non-refundable.
• The delivery time will be 2-4 weeks from the date of confirmation, depending on the dress design.

 

 

Duties and Taxes

European Union (EU)

• No additional duties or import taxes will be applied for orders delivered within the EU.

United States of America (USA)

• No additional duties or import taxes for orders delivered to the USA.

Rest of the World

• Orders shipped to countries outside the EU and USA may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
• Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Rhea Couture has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost in advance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package through the courier’s website.

 

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order is delivered securely and on time.

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
• If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
